Warning: beware of PLAYFIRE client. It's bugged. I have buyed a game, after a week I cannot download because of PLAYFIRE client bug. Refunded.

I used to really like the site as it was one of the few with good deals on my country.

But now, I'm not able to buy any single game (despite it says they are available on my region), a generic error message appears, and support didn't provide any help at all (I can confirm I am not the only person with this issue).

On the first repply from support they even said the problem was specific to the game I was trying to buy (when it actually happens with any single game I tried) giving the impression they don't really try too much to solve the issue and don't even give a good reason why.

I will update my review, if they show some interest on adressing the issue.

My son directed me to buy the game from this provider. Game was supplied on the Epic games platform as ordered. It was also the cheapest price we could find. All good

I really like GOG. Not only do they offer really good deals. But ever so often they give us stuff for free just for enrolling in there website. The deals I have gotten out of there site were second to none.

Purchased Kerbal and DLC Steam keys. I was a bit worried as I've not used Green Man Gaming before.
But All went to plan and I've got one happy son.

This website is a scam.
They will sell you keys and revoke them from your library. Imagine buying a product from the store and having them break into your house to steal it back. They have no shame and will take away what you bought. Do not buy from them.

I got refunded and had a copy of AOE: IV revoked from my account because they decided that 77% off was too much of a sale. Lots of titles regularly hit that level of percentage off and the deal was up for 12 hours so I excitedly purchased the game only for them to say "whoopsies give that back" later on. Within their own TOS I can't request a refund after I redeem the code, yet clearly they have the ability to grant refunds even after that point. And after seeing these copy/paste responses on here from them I already know the customer service has gone in the toilet at this point. I will no longer be purchasing from here and I will be informing my friends of what happened as well.
And before I get the same auto-response I'll just say there is no way you're going to be regaining any trust from me, regardless of the time that passes. I am no longer a customer.

Brought by mistake anoo 1800 instead of a dlc , i've opened a ticket, got answered in 1 hours.
They refunded me, i went back to buy the dlc i wanted and it works fine.

Company sold a game at a great price, I bought the game, redeemed the key, played the game, and they changed their mind the next day and tried to renege on the deal. Untrustworthy business, take your business elsewhere where they honor their word and sales agreements.

I saw they had cheap prices maybe somewhere else it was cheaper but I didn’t bother looking cause it was already pretty cheap. They are legit I searched them up on Reddit to make sure. You can also redeem the key instantly
